  • A property market boost is expected in the east coast states of Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan following the opening of the East Coast Expressway (ECE)
  • The agricultural sector is expected to lead the property market in the East Malaysian states of Sabah and Sarawak.

The Property Market Outlook for 2005 for every major town in Malaysia is featured in the WTW Property Market 2005. The annual market report was released by Managing Director of C H Williams Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd, Goh Tian Sui at a press conference held in Kuala Lumpur on 25th February 2005.
