C H Williams Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd (WTW) announces the appointment of Tan Ka Leong as the new Manager at the Petaling Jaya practice. Ka Leong joined WTW as a trainee valuer prior to his appointment as a Valuation Executive in 1998. He has since undertaken work related to valuation (for loan security, compensation, submission to Securities Commission, Auctions) and property consultancy.

Ka Leong takes over the management of the Petaling Jaya practice following the transfer of Senior Executive Director P'ng Soo Theng to the Kuala Lumpur office.
