Interest shown by institutional investors / property funds, both local and foreign, in investment properties will provide the impetus for the property sector particularly in Klang Valley as quality investment properties are made available through REITs.

In the south, the Iskandar Development Region (IDR) is expected to augur well for Johor in general as investors have high expectations for the success of the IDR.

The annual market report was released by Managing Director of C H Williams Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd, Goh Tian Sui at a press conference held in Kuala Lumpur on 22nd March 2007.
