MAS AKADEMI Sold for RM145 Million

In its turnaround plan to sell its real estate assets, the national carrier, MAS, has sold its training academy and information technology centre known as MAS AKADEMI located in Kelana Jaya to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF).The disposal includes a subsequent leaseback by EPF to MAS for a period of 5 years upon completion of the proposed disposal with an option to renew the duration of the leaseback for a further 5 years.

The RM145 million transaction was negotiated and concluded through C H Williams Talhar & Wong.
