Aziah obtained her early education in Convent Bukit Nanas KL; and Llandrillo College in Northern Wales, UK before obtaining her degree from the University of Aberdeen. She has also obtained her Masters in Business Administration (Real Estate) from the University of Western Sydney. She was presented with a Special Award for Outstanding Performance. Aziah is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MISM)

Her experience stems from numerous valuation and research exercises undertaken by the firm for Solomon Brothers, Lee Wah Bank, KL Sentral, Putrajaya Diplomatic Enclave, Guthrie, Felda, Tabung Haji and KPJ.
